The workshop was planned in Kabul on 3-4 July 2017 in collaboration with Ministry of Energy and Water, Afghanistan. Due to receipt of inadequate number of nominations, the workshop was twice rescheduled to 8-9 October 2017 and finally to 28-29 November 2017.
