The workshop was initially scheduled on 6-7 June 2017 in New Delhi in collaboration with Indian Energy Exchange. However, it was rescheduled twice i.e. 18-19 September and finally to 9-10 November 2017 due to insufficient nominations from member states. Despite efforts, nominations from Member States India, Nepal and Maldives could not be secured.
